I had the mechanic from I Need A Mobile Mechanic come out to my house after my wife and I just barely made it home from a short trip to the store because my car had all kinds of warning lights going off and then the power steering went out just as we turned the corner to the house. When I lifted the hood I found that the serpentine belt was ripping to shreds. I called the mechanic the next day and he was able to come over after his current job. He immediately went to work and found out that is was much more than just the main belt which included a bad water pump and three hoses that had been cut open by the rotating ripped up belt. He managed to find all of the parts that were needed and fixed the car in record time! Amazing. That wasn’t the end of it. Later in the week I drove my car to church across town and as I parked I noticed my car was overheated. My friend and I found out that an old clamp had broken off a hose. I once again called I Need A Mobile Mechanic, and he was there in 15 minuets. He was able to get me going in no time and not only did he NOT charge me for the service call and repair, he also called ahead to a local auto store and paid for a gallon of coolant for me to pick up on my way home and he asked me to text him when I got home so he would know I was ok. I found this professional technician on a craigslist ad. I called him and he gave some great information on my vehicle. I had him come out and do my rotors brakes and calipers. His cost was much lower than major shops…and he comes to you!!!! Super convenient…great guy!!! Deff would recommend him to others and for my future work needed on my vehicles.
